About Julie Sokalski, RD, CPT

Committed to Health, Community, Family and Fun

Julie is the owner of Compleat Wellness Center. Her passion is to provide a safe and supportive environment where people can feel their best and achieve their best health. As a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer, she combines her passion for health and wellness with her expertise in nutrition and fitness, helping individuals achieve their goals and lead a balanced lifestyle.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where she developed a deep understanding of the science behind food and its impact on the body. Maintaining her Registered Dietitian credentials ensures she is up to date with the latest research and practices in the field.

Julie is genuinely committed to promoting balanced, healthy, and happy living. She considers each person’s unique needs, preferences, and goals. Through personalized nutrition counseling, she empowers clients to make informed choices about their nutrition and lifestyle. As a Certified Personal Trainer, she also works to tailor exercise programs to suit individual abilities and preferences, guiding clients through safe and effective workouts that help to build strength and endurance and to achieve desired fitness levels.

As a former collegiate athlete, now mom and business owner, she understands a busy lifestyle. Don’t expect unrealistic goals and judgment. Julie offers empathy, encouragement, motivation, and accountability. Sustainable changes take time and she is here to empower you during your journey.
